Families and Children at Risk in our Communities

Working with General Assistance in South Portland and Cape Elizabeth and the South Portland Food Cupboard, families in crisis would receive help from us, within our guidelines, (to be set up). Our committee would set the guidelines, determine how much we could afford to spend on motels, clothing, furniture, medical expenses, food, etc. Lots to talk about, I hope other Rotarians come forth.
