Membership recruitment, new member assignments, mentor selection, member development, orientation, retention, etc. Details are included in the Club documentation library. 2024-25 Goals: 1. To have 4 new member meetings. This year there was a new member meeting that was helpful to those who attended. The feedback received was there was too much information offered to absorb it all that night. The group recommended that the night be split into 2 parts and each part be offered twice during the year. 2. We need a mentoring program for members. The mentoring program would have an established member meet with a new member once or twice to answer individual questions.
